The DirectPointe Extranet is also now the home of the Support Helpdesk.

To get started with the new Helpdesk:
  • Just click on the create account link and you will be able to submit new support tickets and track ticket status as our support technicians work to resolve your issues.
  • If you have created tickets with our previous helpdesk then you will still be able to view them in the new helpdesk after creating your account.
  • Office administrators can also access support tickets for everyone in their company.
